How is AI visibility actually measured?
We run a fixed prompt set against each assistant on a schedule, then parse every response for brand mentions, ordering, cited sources, and sentiment. Because the prompt set is stable over time, week-to-week movement reflects real change rather than sampling noise.
Can I choose my own prompts?
Yes. We seed your workspace from observed category demand, and you can add, edit, or retire prompts at any time. Enterprise plans support separate prompt sets per market or product line.
What happens if I exceed my prompt limit?
Nothing breaks. Tracking continues and the overage appears on your next invoice at your plan's per-prompt rate. You will get an in-app warning at 80% so there are no surprises.
What is a credit?
One credit covers one completed agent step: a fetch, an analysis pass, or a draft. A typical FAQ agent run on a single page costs three to five credits.
How should I estimate the credits I need?
Multiply the pages you plan to touch each month by roughly five. Most teams starting out land between 200 and 500 credits, and you can top up mid-cycle without changing plans.
How long does setup take?
Most workspaces produce their first report within a day. Connecting a CDN or analytics source for crawler data usually adds an afternoon of work on your side.
Can I switch plans later?
Upgrade at any time and the change applies immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current term.
